PPROSEDUR PERSEWAAN TONGKANG 

Bagi anda yang membutuhkan tongkang untuk di sewa, harap memberikan detailnya terlebih dahulu sebelum nego harga 

(mohon perhatiannya):


1. Butuh tongkang yang berapa feet?
2. Butuh tongkang berapa set, atau tongkangnya aja berapa unit?
3. Tongkang tahun berapa?
4. Yang biasa atau yang pakai ramdoor dan sideboard?
5. Untuk angkut apa dan total muatan berapa?
6. Sistem sewa TC (Time Charter) per bulan atau FC (Freight Charter) per ton per volume atau lumsum (sekali jalan aja)?
7. Dari jetty (pelabuhan) mana kota apa propinsi apa? ke jetty mana kota apa propinsi apa?janghan lupa tanyakan draft kedalaman nya apakah masuk untuk tongkang yang diminta karena tidak semua jetty bisa dimasuki tongkang 300 feet atau tongkang ukuran lainnya
8. Laycan (mulai shipment) kapan?
9. Budget harga berapa dan minta keluar berapa?
10. Cara pembayaran seperti apa? Umumnya 25% pada saat sign kontrak dan survey kapal, 50% pada saat muat cargo, dan 25% pada saat sampai di pelabuhan tujuan sebelum bongkar. Akan lebih bagus jika bisa 50%-25%-25%.

11.Khusus untuk transhipment tongkang ke mother vasel harus diperhatikan /tanyakan tipe mother vassel apa yang mengangkut nya ,kalau tipe panamax atau diatas 50.000 dwt kebanyakan tak punya crane dan grabe jadi harus dipikirirkan biaya tambahan untuk menaikan cargonya karena  harus memakai  floating crane n grabe dari out sourcing 

Jika anda sudah melengkapi detail di atas, silahkan nego harga pada kami  dan jika cocok segera siapkan SPK  atau PO atau DRAFT KONTRAK langsung agar segera di proses oleh kami . sampai tahap ini tinggal atur penjadwalan survey dan pertemuan.

Diharapkan, order harus valid atau di sampaikan oleh pihak pemilik cargo langsung karena seringnya terjadi kesalahan informasi yang di berikan oleh penghubung, sehingga kesepakatan menjadi batal.
